Healthy Farmer Platinum Package
The Healthy Farmer Platinum Package is essentially the 100,000km total overhaul service you would provide a vital piece of equipment on your farm. However this overhaul is for you. This is a 12 month program that begins with a comprehensive questionnaire and full blood tests, there is a detailed 2 1/2 hour medical consultation with a doctor and exercise physiologist in a Ford Health assessment centre covering the following:

A review of the risks related to work practices, fatigue and burnout.
Lifestyle Profile
A detailed assessment of diet, activity levels, smoking and alcohol intake.

A medical assessment and consultation in the areas of:
