The Gold Package adds another layer of support to the Silver Package by providing access to a phone based health consultant. This person will call you to discuss your health report, your goals and provide some coaching support.

This is a clinical assessment by a GP and health professional at a designated Ford Health clinic. This is ideal for people 40 years and older – especially those farmers that never go to their local GP. It includes Healthy Change Program, which is a 12 month phone based support program.
