TeleDr
TeleDr aims to give farmers access to doctors who specialise in occupational health and injury management through the internet and 3G phones.
For example if an employee injures their back on site or has an accident with a dangerous chemical such as a pesticide, a video conference call can be made to the occupational doctor, who can examine the patient over the internet, prescribe appropriate medication, fax a workers compensation certificate and commence the employee on duties appropriate to the injury.
